These terms form an agreement between you and InstaBlick, LLC (“InstaBlick”) concerning the ClausePass27001 website, account features and digital products. Lemon Squeezy acts as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for purchases; its buyer terms also apply to the transaction.
Account responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized account access. You may not impersonate another person, claim an order you do not own, probe security controls or use automated means to abuse checkout, authentication or download services.
Per-organization license
Each completed purchase grants the named organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, use and adapt the purchased resources for that organization’s internal information-security management work.
The license does not permit resale, sublicensing, public distribution, publication as a competing template product, removal of ownership notices, or use for a different organization. A consultant must purchase a separate licensed copy for every client organization.
Consultant program
Consultant status is subject to internal professional verification and may be approved, rejected or revoked where information is inaccurate or the program is misused. An approved consultant with an active standard license may purchase additional copies of the same toolkit for distinct clients at 50% of the first copy’s pre-tax, pre-promotion list price. Repeat pricing cannot be combined with another promotion.
Product limitations
ClausePass27001 provides implementation resources and workflows. It does not provide legal advice, certification, accreditation or a guarantee that an organization will pass an audit. The customer remains responsible for scope, risk decisions, control design, implementation, evidence, approvals and use of professional advisers.
ISO standards and associated marks belong to their respective rights holders. ClausePass27001 is independent and is not affiliated with, approved by or endorsed by ISO or any certification body. The products do not substitute for obtaining properly licensed standards where needed.
Agentic resources
Agentic materials are patterns for human-controlled use of AI tools. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed against organizational context, source evidence and applicable requirements. Consequential decisions remain with authorized people.
Availability and updates
We may correct, replace or update files and website functionality. We do not promise perpetual hosting, a particular file format, compatibility with every tool, or lifetime updates. Reasonable notice will be provided before materially discontinuing account-based download access where practical.
Intellectual property
InstaBlick and its licensors retain ownership of ClausePass27001, the website, product files, designs, trademarks and all rights not expressly granted. Customer information and customer-authored implementation records remain the customer’s responsibility and property subject to service-provider processing.
Refunds and termination
The Refund Policy applies. A full refund revokes the related entitlement. We may suspend access for fraud, chargeback, license misuse, security risk or material breach. Provisions concerning ownership, limitations and dispute resolution survive termination.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the website and products are supplied “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, InstaBlick is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, lost profits, lost data, certification outcomes or decisions made from unreviewed materials. InstaBlick’s aggregate liability relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where law requires otherwise.
Disputes and governing terms
These product terms supplement InstaBlick’s published website terms, including its dispute-resolution provisions, to the extent they are applicable and enforceable. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence are not displaced.
